Hyperthyroidism is an opposite thyroid condition, where you gland works over time. The things to avoid here are mainly stimulants, like nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol. The foods that you should be eating will help to suppress thyroid production and some that should be avoided will include cauliflower, turnips, and peaches.
